How to get a HIPs Pack

Don’t worry – you don’t have to do it yourself!

In most cases your Estate Agent will obtain the pack for you and most Estate Agents will use a firm such as HIPS Systems Ltd to commission the Energy Performance Certificate/Home Condition Report survey and assemble the pack.
