You or your Estate Agent will be unable to market your property until the pack is commissioned, so a Pack provider will need to provide a speedy service.
Provided that you can agree an early appointment to allow the Home Inspector into your property, you should expect the pack to be completed within a week provided that no complications have been encountered.
